GTA 6 brings back six wanted stars and lets you split Jason and Lucia to confuse the police
Police will track your look and vehicle, not just your position.
Per Vandal, which credits Rockstar for the mechanic and Game Informer for the six-star details, GTA 6 police will be smarter after a crime: witnesses and cameras will give clues about the criminals' appearance and that there are two of them, and you will need to change vehicle, clothes or hairstyle to shake them.
You can split Jason and Lucia for a while to divide police attention: if officers look for a man and a woman, they are easier to confuse. Vandal adds that the run is lost if either one is arrested or goes down.
Other outlets agree on the identification system and note the exact requirements for each level have not been detailed and may change before the November 19 launch.
