CD Projekt Red has released patch 5.01 for The Witcher 3 Remastered. Per Push Square, it fixes boats moving uncontrollably, stamina fully draining when sprinting and dodging together, and a save-file issue, and on PS5 adds graphics options (bloom, light shafts and depth of field) and fixes settings resetting on every launch. On PC, dynamic resolution scaling now defaults to off.

Nintendo Life adds that, in the same notes, the studio says it is working on a Switch 2 update bringing the same global changes plus console-specific improvements, mainly to image clarity and sharpness. No date is given and more details will follow "in the following days". The remaster launched on Switch 2 on September 29.
